| 2001 | Storage warehouse leasing was established in Toul Kork District, Phnom Penh (current called TK Avenue, shopping center) |
| 2003 | Development of Greenfield site were being conducted for high-end residential in Phnom Penh’s most renowned area of Chroy Changvar (all sites were pre-sold) |
